Boutique Gift Startup finds a reliable Courier Service

The Challenge

All For Her Gifts (AFHG) have managed to go from zero deliveries and lots of cartons of stock in a family garage, to working with 7 established businesses who now rely on AFHG for all their corporate gifting activities. So how did this small startup go from humble beginnings to multiple corporate accounts, all in the space of one year? Founding partners and full-time accountants, Kiara Clemente and Emily Genoese, knew that they would need a reliable courier service right at the outset. After doing some research and canvassing family and friends in the transport industry, they contacted TIMG with a request to meet and discuss a tailored delivery solution that would ensure point to point, next day delivery of their valuable gift boxes across Australian metro areas.

The Solution

After a meeting with the TIMG Melbourne operations team, the AFHG founders were able to advise on the types of gift boxes they were shipping, the AFHG ordering process, the delivery timeframes and the logistics requirements around stock movement. Our logistics team were then able to model delivery runs for the client ensuring expectations around delivery timeframes were achievable and that quality assurance would not be compromised.

We set up the AFHG account with access to our stock management system and it wasn’t long before the AFHG team were able to track stock movement and delivery activity across Melbourne. This tailored, secure and contactless delivery service is now delivering high value items across the Melbourne metro area seamlessly on a daily basis. We were very pleased to hear recently that Kiara and Emily had secured the Doncaster Land Rover account – a testament to their tenacity and hard work!
