SECURITY
Good Information Management is impossible without good security
At TIMG, we work hard to ensure that our customers’ data remains secure and compliant. All TIMG staff are police-checked and security vetted. Our vehicles are company-owned and GPS-tracked, and our fixed premises are all security patrolled and CCTV monitored 24/7 365.
Security Clearances
All TIMG staff are Australian Federal Police checked, with many having attained Baseline, NV Level 1 clearance.
Essential Eight
TIMG Australia has implemented the E8 Baseline across all controls where we manage customer data.
Information Security
All TIMG operations meet the highest Australian and international information management standards.
Facility Security
All TIMG facilities are monitored with the latest security systems, including motion detectors and seismic sensors.
TIMG manages sensitive records for both Corporate and Government clients, who by default, demand the highest level of information security compliance and governance. TIMG’s operations are certified and are compliant with the highest Australian and International Information Management standards.
