DESCRIPTION

The TIMG Medical Record/Hospital Files are among our most sought after solutions for hospital and other medical filing solutions.

With the dimensions of 315mm depth and 220mm height, the TIMG MR/HOS file cover opens up to an expansion of 20mm.

Designed to be used with our TIMG Formfile Rediclip and with the expanding gusset capable of holding up to 175 sheets of paper, the TIMG MR/HOS excels in ensuring the safety and security of your medical records.

The file folders are equipped with 10 different colour-coded squares and terminal digits, streamlining patient record management and reducing the need for multiple forms.

The TIMG Medical Record/Hospital file is available in packs of 100 file folders, each containing 10 folders in 10 distinct colours – Silver, Light Green, Red, Yellow, Orange, Dark Green, Dark Blue, Purple, Light Blue and Brown.

TIMG Plain Coloured Label Rolls

DESCRIPTION

The TIMG Plain Coloured Adhesive Labels come in eleven different colours allowing you easily colour code your files and make it easier to find them at a glance. 

Laminated and made with lightfst inks, our labels look brighter and last longer.  Colour coding has been shown to be faster and more accurate as we identify colours better than words.  Apply these to the side or end of your files to improve identification and help eliminate misfiling.  The coloured labels are able to be used universally on any filing system, including all of TIMG’s Formfile File Cover range.

For optimal results, use the TIMG Plain Coloured Labels alongside our Standard Sized Alpha Labels and Standard Sized Numeric Labels to create a customised indexing system.  An effective indexing system helps you to quickly locate the correct file and eliminates misfiling.

Neatly packaged in TIMG’s label dispenser box, these rolls of colour coded plain labels are specifically designed for high volume usage. With 500 labels in each roll, the dispenser allows for rapid removal.

Plain colour labels are not available in sheets.

TIMG Year Labels 2022-2025 are user-friendly and ideal for organising time sensitive files in any industry.  These standard sized colour coded self-adhesive 2 digit labels enable you to sort your files by year and easily identify the needed file from a distance.
