LitSupport Welcomes Greg Astegno as Technology Manager, Melbourne
“It doesn’t make sense to hire smart people and then tell them what to do; we hire smart people so they can tell us what to do.” – Steve Jobs
Surrounding yourself with knowledgeable people is indeed smart. Steve Jobs knew it and at LitSupport, we know it too.
When I started LitSupport 21 years ago, I knew I needed help in many areas to build a solid foundation and create an exceptional experience for our clients. Like all start-up entrepreneurs, I aligned myself with people who were experts in their field and understood the requirements of the legal industry. As the company grew, so did our service offerings and our team. To be successful, we recognise that we needed a greater pool of skilled people to add another layer of expertise. Our desire to expand and grow into a national company meant accessing talented people especially those with legal or technology backgrounds to work in all states. Today we are proud to have highly skilled people in all major capital cities who each bring something different to LitSupport.Â
The latest addition to the LitSupport family is Greg Astegno who is now the Legal Technology Manager heading up our Melbourne Bureau. Greg has more than 15 years’ experience working in the legal industry and specifically with document management systems. His experience working directly in law firms brings a valuable depth of understanding and appreciation for legal systems. He has dealt with many legal situations and can confidently assess what the courts and regulatory bodies require. A large portion of Greg’s career has involved managing projects. His ability to confidentially manage and achieve successful project outcomes for clients is a major asset for LitSupport.
“I was aware of LitSupport’ s electronic discovery systems and support services for many years. As a previous client, I recognised that LitSupport has a culture genuinely focused on the customer and technical excellence, but moreover, they really value their employees which has come across in every dealing I’ve had with them.
“I have the utmost respect for the technical team at LitSupport, which made it an easy decision to join the team…. when you’re working in a team you want to know you’re supported by the best”, said Greg Astegno, Technology Manager for LitSupport, Melbourne Bureau
LitSupport welcomes Greg Astegno and invites you to connect with Greg. He would be happy to give you a fresh perspective on how to achieve better outcomes for your ediscovery projects.
